Immunity Boosting Drinks

As mentioned in our previous blog post, our immune system is really important in order to fight against viruses and bacteria. This is especially important now. In order to help you out in tough times like these, we will show you some drinks which can help boost your immune system.



Orange Banana Smoothie


This one is perfect in the morning but also as a refresher in the afternoon. All you need for this is…


  • A Blender (suitable for smoothies)

  • 1 large Orange

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup frozen Mango pieces

  • 1/2 Almond Milk


First, you start out by squeezing your Orange into your blending cup until there is no juice left. Afterwards, you add all the remaining ingredients and blend it all up. In case it does not blend as well as it should, you might need to add more liquid (almond milk or water). Once, the smoothie has your preferred consistency, it is ready to drink. Pop in a metal straw and you’re ready to go. Enjoy!




Cold Cure Lemon Ginger Tea


You have probably already heard of this or even tried it yourself. It is personally my favorite #immunity boosting drink, as it has already helped me many times when I was feeling a cold coming up. In order to make this magical cure, all you need is…


10 Rolls of Toilet Paper!! (I’m kidding, please stop bulk buying toilet paper)


  • Boiling Water

  • 1-2 cm piece of Ginger

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 tsp Agave syrup (alternative could be honey)

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


Start out by squeezing the lemon into your mug, then add all the remaining ingredients. Then, pour the hot water over it and mix it all up. Wait for 6-8 minutes for it to cool down, and then it is ready to drink! Caution: HOT and healthy.




Spinach Orange Ginger Smoothie


Yes, this is a very experimental combination. I must say, I came up with this recipe when I was in desperate need of an immunity boost, so I just took a look in my fridge and picked out the best things I had at hand. Maybe this one is not your cup of tea (or smoothie) but maybe it is! It definitely belongs to my personal top 5 favorite smoothie creations. Here is what you need…


  • A Blender (Suitable for smoothies)

  • 2 Oranges (squeezed or just peeled)

  • 1 Handful of Baby Spinach

  • 1-2 cm piece of Ginger

  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice

  • Ice (as much as desired)


Add all the ingredients in your blender and mix it up. Blending might take a while longer but once it is all smooth, it is ready for you to enjoy!
