My personal favorite...
HUMMUS PASTA
For this recipe the basic ingredients are...
Pasta (as much as your heart desires)
1 Onion
Veggies (I like to use a red bell pepper)
Hummus
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt + Pepper to spice it up

First, start by boiling water and adding a bit of salt and the pasta. Then, start cutting up the onion and the veggies you chose. After adding the olive oil to a pan, add the sliced onion. When these are slightly own fried, add your veggies to the pan and start cooking until they reach the level of "softness" you like. When the pasta and your veggies are fully cooked, add the pasta to the pan and start stirring in the hummus. You can add as much as you like. After it is all mixed up, you can add salt and pepper for more flavor, maybe even some Italian herbs, get wild. Put it all in a bowl, and voila, you are a chef.
AVOCADO BAGEL + GARLIC MUSHROOMS
Simple, easy, fast.. here is what you need:
Bagel
(Soft) Avocado
1/2 Lime
Champignons (about 2 hand fulls)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt + Pepper

First, start by adding the Olive oil to the frying pan, then dice the garlic clove into tiny pieces and add it to the pan to simmer. While the garlic is freeing up its aroma, cut up the Champignons and add these to the pan as well, when the garlic is slightly golden. To avoid soggy mushrooms, put the heat on high, so the water from the mushrooms can dissolve trough the heat. (Don't forget to stir).
For the avocado bagel, take the avocado and mash it up with a fork, then add the juice of half a lime and salt and pepper for taste. After, you add this onto the toasted bagel and top it up with the garlic mushrooms. Done! Guten Appetit.
FALAFEL WRAP
For this tasty meal, you need..
Tortilla Wrap
Falafel (self-made or store-bought)
Leafy Greens (I usually use fresh Baby Spinach)
Cherry Tomatoes (diced)
Hummus
Sriracha
1 tsp Olive oil

First, heat up a frying pan and add the Olive oil, after it is heated, add the Falafel (Don't forget turning them!). Use another pan to heat up the tortilla wrap, after about 30 seconds, put it on a big plate and spread the Hummus across the whole wrap, then add your leafy greens and cherry tomatoes. When the falafel are nice and crispy, put them into the wrap and top it all off with Sriracha (or any kind of sauce you like). The last step is, wrapping it all up and it is finished and ready to eat.
